By accessing or using HKC Insight (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HKC Insight ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

HKC Insight is an investment research and analytics platform that provides users with financial data, analytical tools, valuation models, portfolio tracking, and AI-assisted research capabilities. The Platform is designed for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All content is provided for general information purposes only. You should always seek independent financial advice before making any investment decisions.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties • Notify us immediately at Contact@hkcinsight.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Platform to make investment decisions without independent professional advice • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute data or content from the Platform • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without our written consent • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Upload or transmit any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Violate any applicable New Zealand or international law or regulation

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data — are the exclusive property of HKC Insight or its licensors and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Financial data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers. We do not claim ownership over such third-party data. All trademarks, service marks, and company names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial research purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • Financial data displayed is accurate, complete, or current • Results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand), we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

The Platform integrates data and services from third-party providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, websites, or content. Third-party data is provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at Contact@hkcinsight.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
